These Terms of Service govern your use of the Torch search engine and apply to all users, including those accessing the Tor (.onion) and clearnet versions. By using Torch, you agree to these terms. Torch is a search engine. It does not host, store, mirror, or control
third-party content. All search results link to external
.onion
addresses outside Torch’s control. Torch indexes only content that is
publicly visible to its crawler. We do not endorse, verify, or moderate
external content, and you access such sites at your own discretion.
3. Accuracy & Availability
Torch is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not warrant the completeness, accuracy, legality, or safety of any search result. We cannot guarantee uninterrupted access, stable uptime, or error-free performance. The Tor network may introduce delays, unresponsive sites, or broken links. Use of Torch is entirely at your own risk.
4. Privacy & Data Handling
Torch does not store personally identifiable information. Search queries may be processed in aggregate for technical, performance, or abuse-prevention purposes, but no user-identifying data is collected, stored, profiled, or shared. Torch follows a strict minimal-data philosophy.
